Bad DragonReviews of bad-dragon.com

Like everyone else they lie about their wait times have ridiculous exclusion times and refuse to answer. For every item I've bought it's taken 3 months to half a year for a premolded slab of silicon. Their excuses are obviously just lies and because people keep buying from them they can take these disgustingly long hiatus' for extended periods of time.

Been waiting 3 months now. Customer service sucks wont even reply to request for status updates. They just mark as solved and don't bother responding. Wish there was a number to call. Ill never buy anything from them again at this point. Going to try to get refund i think.

3 Months and still nothing... I hate to say it, but if I don't get a response back soon from my complaint, I'm just gonna ask for a refund. I really should have read the reviews before buying. Had such high hopes for this and it's my first time buying from them...

Let me start by saying. I LOVE THESE TOYS. I've always just ordered premades or flops, so they've shipped fairly quick with no issues at all. However, this last November I decided to treat myself to customized toy and one premade. Not anything fancy, just picked a standard color, no extras. I still have yet to receive the order or any information about it. Every email sent to customer service is met with silence. I spent over $200 to hear nothing for almost two months. I work for an ecommerce store and can 100% understand how crazy orders can get around the holidays, but this is getting a bit excessive, especially since I can't even get a reply from customer service. After reading all the recent reviews, I don't think I'll be getting anything anytime soon either. Pretty disappointed and horny. Update** it's now February 3rd, 4 months from when I placed my order. 3 weeks ago Customer Service said my item has passed "quality control" and should be shipping "any day now." They have since stopped responding to my customer service inquiries and every single one that is submitted is solved immediately. Don't bother buying from this scam -- try Twisted Tail Creations instead.

Toy passed inspection over a month ago (so they say), still hasn't been shipped. Customer service is useless. Just give completely meaningless answers and clearly they do not want to put any effort into actually finding out more information. It literally would not be that hard to contact the shipping team and ask what's going on, where in line is a specific toy. The fact that they don't is nothing but pure laziness. What a shameful decline for a company...

Ordered my Ika on October 30th 2019, and its currently january 2020 and it still hasnt been shipped. The customer Service team doesnt care and they keep sending me promotion emails? Like are you crazy. Stop promoting people to buy your products if you cant keep up with the demand.

Ok so let me start off with saying bad dragon makes some really neat toys and i love them buuut with that being said heres the reason im not giving 5 stars...first they need a option for even firmer toys....and second my biggest complant as well as many...the time it takes for them.to do there job...when you make a purchase from them.if its not a ready made or a flop it will.take ages to get made and be shiped im currently waitkng for a order that is now still in prossessing for over 4 months now...it was compleated and ready to ship after 3 months and 5 weeks have passed sence then and it has still yet to even be shipped..someone i know bought a ready made toy AFTER my order was placed and after it was ready to be shipped and it was here withen 7-10 days ish....mine still hasnt been shipped

EDIT JAN 23: i received my order today and its gorgeous! About 10 weeks, Which is the current estimated delivery time from their competitor twin tails. My primary complaint is the lack of proper communication and updates to the site on delivery times. When I contacted twin tails to get a price quote and delivery estimate, They were very precise and organized, whereas when I asked for an update from badd dragon I clear in got a copy pasted default message that they send to everyone who asks about the status of their order. Updated to 3 stars for toy quality and reasonable delivery, but for poor service and lack of organization I couldn't go to 4 stars. Ordered a simple solid color flint packer on nov 7, 2019 and have been told it is still waiting to made... At least the customer support request was responded to within 48 hours or less so not too bad there. It's very disappointing how long its taking as i have alot of drag bookings coming up that I intended it for. Based on various review sites, It sounds like people who ordered pre-mades during the black friday sale later in November are finally getting product pictures and shipment notifications... I'm kicking myself for thinking ordering before black friday would mean being able to get it sooner XD I should have just waited, I would have been fine picking any premade non-human packer but I've heard that they just about never do any premade packers so I didnt wanna wait. Then after my support ticket there was still ONE LEFT but I figured it had been 6 weeks theres jo way I'll get that one sooner... but I would have. I should have just ordered that one last premade but jow it's gone. I'm kinda glad it's not just me still waiting though tbh but I wish I knew where I was in the queue or like.. order dates for shipments currently going out. Also.. do any of you all find it wierd how some people been waiting 5-7 months for customs and yet they had a big release of premades for black friday? 🤔
