Would suggest seriously considering buying from a shop in your own country, due to if there are issues it is a pain to get them sorted. Also some of their items seem to have common (known to them) issues of splitting/tearing - hence they sell glue and have even said "due to the extra soft silicone used sometimes tearing occurs when the masturbators stretch to accommodate" - in that case it should be recommended that glue is bought with them or the glue should be given freely with them but it is not and there is no warning ⚠️ They need to do better before shipping to different countries where the customer pays shipping fees (and maybe also customs depending on how much they spent).

I like their toys I’ve got a good handful and tako in all three sizes, I absolutely love their lubes and would love to buy other small cheaper things and try other toys..but shipping is a hard 15 usd and the local post office gets here faster then ups so it’s just pointless and a waste of my money. ( .. one thing I’d buy when needed is lube but I’m not gonna spend $22 on a 7 dollar bottle of lube because the shipping is 15 or spend 65 on a 8 pack when not needed to avoid spending 120 in shipping!) I’ve bought a lot of toys and I’ve never had a shop with shipping over 8$. Just severely disappointing they don’t see a problem with it, and I’m in ny state so it’s not like I’m over seas or another country. I’d buy a lot more from here if it wasn’t for that shipping so I guess buy in bulk or don’t buy at all to not get scammed by their shipping

First time ordering, made the mistake of not reading the reviews here before ordering. Had to wait 3 months for my order to come in. In this time I contacted customer service thrice. First they told me it was busy. Then they told me the wait time was going to be 5 to 8 weeks. Last time they couldn't even tell me what was up with my order or how long it was going to take. So, all and all, the customer service is horendous. But, the quality of the product is amazing. The material is smooth and has an amazing vivid colour. It's easy to clean and ensures tons of fun for a long time. However, if you are impatient like myself I suggest snooping through the clearance/sales section first. Those products are already made and they ensure same day shipping.

bad dragon first time buyer. IF you really want to buy a toy and you want to have your very own customize dildo with it very own cream-tube. The Website said that Estimated Wait Times is about 4-5 weeks when you order your dildo. However this reference only reflect on the clearance item if you order from their clearance online. If you want to have your very own dildo with a customize cream-tube and your very own custom made color patterns, Then the chances are that you will be waiting for about 3 and half mouth just for your dildo to be delivered. That how long i waited for and yes it does feel long time of a wait for you to get your very own toy but to think about it and despite i order it before that holidays i knew when my toy was going be delivered and after reading alot of when do custom made dildo arrived. I knew that my dildo will arrived in 3 half mouths for it to come. If you are concern of your order and want an up date of it, fill free to send them and email/ a ticket and they will find out of progress it. i was happy that they send me a email when i submit a ticket and the ticket made me happy to not lost hope. So for my experience as a first time buyer yes the wait is long and dreadful. But if you send them a ticket and look and find out progress of it WILL COME just be patient and dont lose hope.

I really love the company, don't get me wrong. But it's just wild that, not just me, but MANY of us are waiting over 3 months for our products. I can understand them being swamped, but why can't they give some kind of notice before a purchase? I emailed customer support 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for my order. Edit: Shipped just a few days shy of 4 months

I ordered their lil' vibe of Spritz and vibrator combo on December 2nd. My order was left on "processing" for over a month. With reading all the reviews on here, I was very anxious about getting screwed over. I decided to send a message to their customer service to get a status update on my order. I received a respond after three or four days and it was later shipped just a couple days later. It took around a week to be delivered and I received it yesterday. Overall, my experience with Bad Dragon went a little more smoothly than most. I am unsure as to why, maybe since my toy was smaller, thus making it quicker to make. Either way, I just think Bad Dragon should update their wait times and get their butts in gear with everyone who is still waiting on their toys. Personally, with them creating these toys for over a decade now, they shouldn't be having these troubles with sending and creating toys in a timely matter. On a final note, if you are considering purchasing something from Bad Dragon, please keep in mind the wait time you may experience. The toys are good quality, and possibly worth the wait. Don't be afraid to contact customer service, but yeah, most importantly, just be patient.

Ok so let me start off with saying bad dragon makes some really neat toys and i love them buuut with that being said heres the reason im not giving 5 stars...first they need a option for even firmer toys....and second my biggest complant as well as many...the time it takes for them.to do there job...when you make a purchase from them.if its not a ready made or a flop it will.take ages to get made and be shiped im currently waitkng for a order that is now still in prossessing for over 4 months now...it was compleated and ready to ship after 3 months and 5 weeks have passed sence then and it has still yet to even be shipped..someone i know bought a ready made toy AFTER my order was placed and after it was ready to be shipped and it was here withen 7-10 days ish....mine still hasnt been shipped

EDIT JAN 23: i received my order today and its gorgeous! About 10 weeks, Which is the current estimated delivery time from their competitor twin tails. My primary complaint is the lack of proper communication and updates to the site on delivery times. When I contacted twin tails to get a price quote and delivery estimate, They were very precise and organized, whereas when I asked for an update from badd dragon I clear in got a copy pasted default message that they send to everyone who asks about the status of their order. Updated to 3 stars for toy quality and reasonable delivery, but for poor service and lack of organization I couldn't go to 4 stars. Ordered a simple solid color flint packer on nov 7, 2019 and have been told it is still waiting to made... At least the customer support request was responded to within 48 hours or less so not too bad there. It's very disappointing how long its taking as i have alot of drag bookings coming up that I intended it for. Based on various review sites, It sounds like people who ordered pre-mades during the black friday sale later in November are finally getting product pictures and shipment notifications... I'm kicking myself for thinking ordering before black friday would mean being able to get it sooner XD I should have just waited, I would have been fine picking any premade non-human packer but I've heard that they just about never do any premade packers so I didnt wanna wait. Then after my support ticket there was still ONE LEFT but I figured it had been 6 weeks theres jo way I'll get that one sooner... but I would have. I should have just ordered that one last premade but jow it's gone. I'm kinda glad it's not just me still waiting though tbh but I wish I knew where I was in the queue or like.. order dates for shipments currently going out. Also.. do any of you all find it wierd how some people been waiting 5-7 months for customs and yet they had a big release of premades for black friday? 🤔
