QA fail: expensive, long wait times, inaccurate colours, inaccurate photos, poor customer service
The toys are expensive and wait times are long (4-6w) as they batch shipping. Despite "actual colours may vary" on the custom colour simulator, they can vary unacceptably to the point of failing QA, entitling UK customers to a refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customer service fails to address simple questions and instead cagily skirt around disclosing why this issue is happening so the customer can choose alternative colours which will hopefully not run into the same issue. Even the photos they take of the QA-failing toy don't accurately represent the real colours. When asking which colours will most accurately represent the simulated image, no response is given, indicating a complete lack of knowledge. Who's supposed to be the expert here? This is my first time commissioning custom colours and it's failed QA after 27 days of waiting - very poor show. If you want your colours correct, go for a standard arrangement, don't waste $32.62 picking your own because you probably won't get them. Issue yet to be resolved.
