I have ordered multiple toys from bad dragon and as of currently, they are the only adult store I will buy from. Their custom orders can take a VERY long time, the longest I've waited is 12 weeks, but it was worth the wait and the bad dragon order information states that orders may take an extended period of time. I have made orders from the clearance (toys that have flaws) section, and these orders were shipped same-day. Every ticket I've submitted has been answered within two days (normally just a few hours) and they have been very kind & informative when answering mundane questions. One order did have a flawed coloring, but I was contacted and the toy was re-poured for free. As someone who works with similar materials, these things happen. It's not enough to deter me, even if it doubles the waiting time. They are a small company and I have no doubt that how effectively your issue is taken care of depends heavily on the individual answering your ticket. I'm lucky in that I haven't had a single bad experience with BD, and I hope it stays that way! I whole-heartedly recommend them if you're a patient person! But please don't disregard bad reviews, be aware that these companies do have their risks!

Absolutely horrible customer service! I made an order for a Crackers Sheath, it's a single color single firmness toy over a MONTH ago. I've since sent two customer service tickets requesting status on my product. Both times I was given the same response that my item didn't pass QC on its first run and I would have to wait for them to try again. Four weeks went by and only one attempt has been made to produce what I've paid for over a month ago! The repeat automated message that came from the actual customer service agent not the automated response set in stone just how much the company actually cares for the individual customer. Which in my experience is zero.

Good Quality and Great Customer Service! I've been a customer of them for two years now and the experience has been great so far. I bought a custom fade Nova from BD two years ago and since then, my collection of merch has piled up. I've ordered backpacks (bigger size than anticipated but really high quality! Very durable and spacious), clear c*m lube and regular c*m lube, stickers, plushies, lil vibes, bullet vibrators, etc. The customer service is very helpful too. A year ago, I bought a bullet vibrator from BD and my cat got a hold of it before I even got to use it. After the wires were torn to shreds, I spoke to customer service and they sent me a new one right away at no charge. It was simple and they were very polite. I'm not one to usually leave reviews for things but this is honestly a company I can stand by. I really appreciate the attention to detail with their merch and toys and their positive customer service.

Because there is something for everyone and well that's a welcome change and the products are the best quality
