There Products are very high quality and well worth the wait. However they ususly have a decently low stock at any given time meaning for the toy you want its usualy on custom order. The wait tine for that can be up to 5 weeks. If we could get regular updates about it during production that would make it less frusterating. Other then that, im nothing but happy with my purchases

The company loses a star for 2 reasons 1. Shipping is ridiculously expensive if you live outside of America 2.their custom orders are almost always closed (though I’m pretty sure they still tweet whenever they are open so it’s not to hard to get one special made for you 2.1 this isn’t a real point I just wanted to complain that the suction cup is an addition and not an innate part of their models All that aside I’ve ordered 5 toys from them so far and though the masturbators are kind of hit or miss these are easily the best dildos I’ve ever owned One of the masturbators is just way to tight imo The other one ripped after a few uses which was sad but I emailed customer service and though their policy written clearly on their site says they don’t allow warranty’s on their extra soft products they are sending me a replacement free of charge The dildos though I got nocturne, hanzo the Oni mask, and nokken and god damn Their tapered toys like Oni are easy to take and quickly turn into a challenge the further you go which is exactly what you want from them Their flared toys tug a lot when being removed which is amazing And their knotted toys are pretty much perfect for people who like lots of variation in girth and feeling like your partner is locked in you this basically all just to say despite their issues bad dragon puts an immense amount of thought into their toy design and it shows with the creation of some of the most pleasurable dildos I’ve ever owned

I ordered a toy already knowing (from what the reviews say) that it takes a long time to ship csutom toys. Ordered from Italy, it was produced in 7 days, shipped in 3, total 10 days to arrive at my house, not bad BD. excellent product by itself, the colors in the photo are not always the same as reality so be careful.

Worst and most embarrassing dildo experience I’ve ever had! I’m only used to 6 inches at most the 12 inch option had me hallucinating, my mum walked in because of how loud I was being! It hurt so bad but felt so right, I ended up having discharge come out so I’ve had to wipe it down and clean it but it’s all good now, I would definitely recommend the toys from here and I would purchase again

I have a large toy collection and own 3 dragon toys. I was over the moon when I got my first one and wanted it to be a yearly tradition. However, after having a nightmare with importing them to the UK (not BD's fault, but FedEx) and new fantasy toy suppliers popping up here, I find them being driven further to the back of my mind. Pros: - Name recognition. It seems any fantasy toy is referred to as a Bad Dragon even when it's not. - Big range of toys. You can also customize the size, colours, firmness and other added features to make it more personal. However, I prefer to buy from the inventory as it's a much faster process. Some of the pre-made toys are already beautiful, anyway. - Nice site layout. The 3D viewer is very helpful and you can see what your custom toy will look like when you play around with the colours. - Nice quality toys and are great to use. Lovely to look at, too. - The fun wrapping paper and logo sticker you get with your orders. - You can get "flop" toys with slight imperfections for a small discount. Cons: - Having to import the goods can be a nightmare (and expensive). More recently, there have been suppliers closer to home though. - The toys are expensive with deals few and far between. The main deal was of course the Black Friday one with 40% off. The whole inventory drop race could be exciting/stressful. - With (healthy) competition over the years, they have been given a run for their money. There's plenty of fantasy toy makers nowadays to pick from that are just as good and cheaper. So they aren't always the top pick for me now. - Most of their emails are to do with colours which I'm not too bothered about.

So, I’m a collector, and the Bad Dragon catalog is right up my alley. I have a total of 29 of these toys in my collection with 16 on the way. The vast majority are inventory drops. I do wish that custom orders were a bit faster given the price, but they’re a business that needs to make money so they rely on the “limited and unique drop” model. The longest I’ve had to wait for a custom order of 3 was 6 weeks. The 15 I have coming are at about 4 weeks, so I think I’ll have another 4 weeks to go (watch, BD will show me wrong!). This site and products are legit and premium quality. From what I understand the fandom around this type of product is only getting larger, so I’m sure some growing pains might become more apparent with time.

Got my third order delivered as planned. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was that the colors arent really like the original pictures. The fades werent very good, but as long as they feel good, it's fine for me

I've been a Bad Dragon customer for about two years now. Their toys are some of the highest quality I've ever seen in the adult products industry and as long as they keep their quality high, they will always have my business. Their personal lubricant is an item I swear by; it's hypoallergenic, not sticky, doesn't dry out, and you need very little to do your deed. The prices are phenomenal for the amount of customization there is, from the colours to the firmness, to even having the ability to bear a concave suction-cup and/or a lube-shooting "cumtube" (I tried this feature on one of my toys, it was not my cup of tea, but I'm sure others adore it.). One of the only grievances I have with the company is their mediocre customer service, at least in my own experience. They seem excessively secretive and rigid about some of the ways they do business, in ways that can actually hamper the customer experience. When asked about why they do or do not do a certain thing (such as add suction cups to some toys but not others); the answers are always vague and carry a "just because" tone, requiring multiple replies to get anything actually informative out of them. They're very unwilling to take customer feedback on a lot of their items, and the replies people get are essentially automated "fill in the blanks for the name" responses. I'm sure they get a lot of unoriginal, if not downright stupid questions, but helpful answers that people can spread around will mitigate a lot of these. They also, by observation of separate customer accounts, have very rigid policies concerning defective merchandise, even on merchandise too defective for proper use.
