I purchased a 1.60 IF G round brilliant from B2CJewels back in 2013. When it came time for another diamond, I knew I wanted to work with B2CJewels again, but they didn't have the diamond that I wanted in stock. The diamond was listed on another site. Samuel came to the rescue and was able to retrieve that diamond for me and matched the price! The experience was wonderful and transparent now as it was in 2013. I wire the money which would have been a nerve wrecking experience had I gone to a shady company, but I felt completely safe in this transaction with B2CJewels. The company shipped the diamond securely with overnight shipping within a couple days of receiving my payment. Once I got the diamond, I had it inspected and everything was as stated on the GIA report that accompanied the stone. When it comes time yet again for another diamond, I know that I'll be back to work with Samuel and B2CJewels again!

Vendor provided prompt delivery and was easy to work with for returns. Most of the stones I was looking at were not in their actual inventory so the wait time was extended for them to receive the stone in. Went through a few stones to find the right one and learned a lot about diamonds in the process. B2C has great pricing but be prepared to know your diamonds before you buy here. Know how to read your ASET and Ideal-Scope images and go on pricescope to calculate some HCA figures before having the stone shipped to you as I had sent back the first stone I received since even though they assured me it was a great looking stone, I was able to detect a lot of light leakage. The first return is on them but any subsequent returns you will have to pay for yourself. If you know your diamonds, this is a great site to get some very competitive pricing. I worked with Samuel through the process and received timely responses from him or someone on his staff.

I must say. I was nervous about buying online. It's incredibly overwhelming, there is more diamonds than one can handle, and there is always the fear of a diamond arriving and disappointing you. With B2C I did not have any of these issues, except for the high number of diamonds, but that is not a bad thing! Samuel was incredibly patient, responded quickly, and remained incredibly polite through the hundreds of emails I sent! Their gemologist wastes no time answering any question you may have about a diamond in stock. Sometimes I was even told to not even consider some diamonds due to their quality! They in no way tried to sell me the most expensive diamond I was looking for, they simply wanted to make me a happy customer and get the right diamond under my budget and they certainly did! The diamond I received is absolutely gorgeous, I cannot wait to give it to my girlfriend, it is just stunning. I would certainly recommend B2C to anyone who is considering. They were one thousand times more helpful than their competitors online and provided much more information on their diamonds in comparison to their competitors. Thank you so much B2C!

Due to the timing of making my order over the Memorial day weekend, my gift for my wife's birthday would not be in time. I contacted B2C to see if anything could be done. I didn't want to get gilted or scammed as I have only just started to purchase diamonds on my customers behalf about 1 year ago. Happy to say, I made the right choice. After accepting my fiances proposal I quickly noticed the size was off, but it was a GORGEOUS ring! So I looked at their re-sizing policy and was a bit worried that it would cost me quite a bit of stress and money to accomplish this. I followed the instructions and quickly received an e-mail back with additional easy instructions for returning the ring to be re-sized. It took almost 2 weeks to resize it, but Samuel was so polite and was never bothered when I asked for updates. He was quick to respond every time and you could really tell he valued us as customers AND people. I just got the ring back today and have already received tons of compliments! I even had one guy ask where my fiance got the ring he loved it so much! And I of course recommended him to B2C Jewels!

I recently bought a diamond, halo ring from B2C and worked closely with Simon and Samuel. They were courteous and provided excellent advise regarding the diamonds I was interested in. I was very particular and they went beyond great customer service to meet all of my expectations. I also compared to BN and JA but found B2C to have the best diamonds and settings for the best prices.

The customer service experience was beyond expectation. I had originally given a post box where the diamond could not be delivered. Samuel told me about this and helped me find a better location.
