Ring fell apart at 9 months
I bought an engagement ring for my fiancé back in March of 2017. Initially the ring was beautiful, large center stone with multiple smaller stones on the sides of the band. Within 2 months, one of the small side stones had fallen off. B2c originally wanted to charge me to replace the stone but eventually backed down and covered the repairs. It has now been 9 months since the original purchase and another stone has fallen out of the side. Again, they originally wanted to charge me for the repairs, but backed. The fixed ring is again beautiful and was repaired in a timely fashion, but the process was very frustrating.
