B2C JewelsReviews of b2cjewels.com

Outstanding customer service experience! Rio helped me pick out an amazing diamond (I also worked with Rio's team in his absence. They too were great). I told him what I was looking for, the price range and he delivered. Pictures, gemologist's feedback, etc. They were honest! I was so scared to purchase an item like this online. But I will not ever hesitate with B2C! Overall, outstanding! Thank you so much Rio!

B2C Jewels has great quality, amazing prices, and awesome customer service that really sets them apart. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Ask for Johnny, he is Awesome!!! I gave B2C the wrong ring size for the ring and instead of Johnny making me feel bad about it or giving me a bad attitude, because it was my error, he helped me correct it with a reassuring tone that everything will be ok.

Hi B2C's Sale Team, We just want to thanks for the beautiful diamond which we just got today and my wife love it. Very good service and support!! Excellence Job Ronald, Thanks again. Hai

I ordered the 'Tapered Prong Set Round Diamond Band in Platinum (1/3 cttw.)' for my wife as a wedding ring. After a considerable amount of online searching, B2Cjewels had the best price for the style of ring that we were looking for. The order was handled by Samuel. The service was professional with prompt replies to all emails and queries. The ring arrived one day later then originally scheduled. My wife and I both are very happy with the ring. It looks beautiful and she has received many compliments on it.

This was the third time I purchased a diamond from BC2. As usual, Samuel could not have been more helpful in educating me about the pro's and con's of choosing a oval shaped diamond. He took the time to explain what I need to look for to determine how to find the best performing diamond for the value. He also took the time to explain what type of setting would make the oval perform the best. And of course, the value they provide when purchasing a diamond is the best in the industry. I highly recommend BC2 and don't forget to ask for Samuel. He will exceed your expectations.

I was referred to B2C by a friend who also had a great experience. Although hesitant, I researched the website along with a few others. I also visited a few jewelers in the area and for the diamond I wanted the price at B2C was by far the lowest. My initial conversation was with Raymond but the rest of the team was also very helpful. I didn't want to rush into anything so I took my time and discussed multiple diamonds with the team. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I got the ring appraised and it was valued more than what I spent. I 100% recommend B2C.

Samuel was very helpful and prompt in answering my questions. I had ordered a ring and diamond and canceled the order after the ring was made but they didn't give me any trouble. I called back a few days and ordered just the diamond. I would definitely shop at B2C Jewels again. Thank you for the great experience!

I was skeptical about ordering an engagement diamond from an online source (obviously because it's such an expensive purchase and an important one!), but the people at b2c jewels were always there to answer any questions and assure me that my order was being processed. Johnny was my main contact but I also dealt with others in the company. Honestly, very easy to navigate and once I found the right diamond, ring setting, etc. I had the ring within a week and a half. She said yes and she loves it so that's all that matters to me!
