Excellent experience/customer service and an amazing diamond. Worked with Samuel for several month before choosing a diamond. I was very nervous and apprehensive about buying a diamond online, but the whole B2C team was very helpful through out the whole process. Samuel provided me a lot of advice on diamonds and helped me in the decision process. He answered all my questions very patiently and was reassuring throughout the whole process. let me start of by saying i am a nervous bride ! Picking out my engagement ring was a long process because we are by no means rich but wanted to get the best product for our money ! Customer service: Amazing customer service. All emails answered very promptly. I was helped by several people but I would like to specifically bring up one guy Michael who really helped me through the whole process. Very patient fellow. Diamond : The diamond came as described. Was worried at first they would give me different diamond so I received the diamond I had it appraised. All was good. Ha-ha Return policy : the ring was too big so I contacted B2C and since it had been less then 30 days they told me they could help me re-size it for free.
