I ordered a diamond on December 7th as a gift for Christmas. My credit card was charged on the 11th. The information given at the time of order was that upon receiving payment the diamond would be shipped overnight. Today is the 21st I called and there is still no date for delivery. I insisted that they cancel the order and refund my money and I called the credit card company. While writing this review I received an email stating that the sales team had "canceled the order", the reason being: "Change of diamond". Another lie it seems.

Buy a diamond in B2C ????? NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO Trust me.
Now I will tell you my buying experience with B2C:
on February 25th, I bought a ring for my wedding promise on the site, as I see online it seems that they have the best prices for the purchase of diamonds and rings. After making the order I pay by bank transfer. During this period I interject myself several times with the customer service and their accuracy and courtesy are impeccable.
The day before the ring's departure I am contacted by email and they tell me that the diamond I had chosen had been lost , (they did not worry about the damage they could do to me and did not offer to meet me at all), but them propose other diamonds at the same price but all of inferior quality and carats. (smart not no ?).
I refuse and I start again the search on their site for other diamonds that satisfy me for carats and quality.
I choose another but at the time of paying the difference they tell me that the price entered online was wrong and that costs much more. (smart not no ?).
I refuse and I start again to the research on their site of other diamonds that satisfy me for carats and quality.
I choose another but at the time of paying the difference they make non-existent calculations to get to the fact that I have to pay more (increase the price of the ring and remove the discount for the transfer bank). (smart not no ?).
Now I will have to pay because I am too close to my promise of marriage and so they have won them.
It took me over 20 days to perfect the purchase. Feeling every day more than two or three times a day with them. We hope that their partner does not repeat the ring.
Do not get caught by the nose do not buy with B2C ...... NEVER ..... what they say is not real.
Really the worst online shopping experience ever made. I no longer believe in all the positive reviews that are present.
I conclude by saying, we hope to receive my ring.
Make your choice and good purchase.

Hello Nicola,
Please accept apologies from B2C Jewels for any frustrations you have experienced.
Our systems are set up in a manner that we take utmost care when a diamond is shipped, never made non-existent calculations and have always conferred a discount for payment by wire transfer. That said, our management team does take your claims very seriously and we will examine every interaction you had with our customer service department to make sure we live up to the highest expectations of business integrity and customer service.
Please look for a special discount on future purchases which has been emailed to you in consideration for any disappointment you may have experienced along the way. All of us at B2C Jewels hope you will enjoy the diamond you purchased for years to come and wish you the best for your future.
Sincerely,

When making THIS BIG of a purchase, think twice about B2C
When making THIS BIG of a purchase, think twice about B2C. Their low prices clearly came at a cost to me (unimaginably long delays, poor stone quality, incomplete refunds after my return, unnecessary stress and worry.)
I couldn't have been more excited when I placed my engagement ring order with B2C 22 days in advance of my proposal. B2C promised delivery within 10 days, so I thought 12 ADDITIONAL days of buffer (1.2X the stated lead time should be plenty)! After my ring did not show up in 10 days, I was told my ring would arrive 4 days in advance of my proposal due to a production quality issue. Eight days later, still no ring! Every day thereafter I was told it would arrive "the next day." To my dismay, the day before my proposal, I STILL HAD NO RING. I finally had to send a friend to B2C's New York location to inquire in person about my ring before it finally was shipped to me, arriving only a few heart-pounding hours before my proposal.
When I finally opened the box to inspect my big purchase, I could not have been more disappointed. The ring's center stone, which I had been promised as "eye clean" or with no inclusions that were visible to the naked eye, had very visible inclusions. After my proposal, these inclusions made my fiancée’s inspection of the ring quite embarrassing, not to mention the inspection of all her friends and family thereafter. In addition, the stone shipped with a clearly visible misaligned side stone.
After the proposal I called B2C's customer support team who promised to make up for all the trouble they had caused. After so much frustration I was reluctant to do business with them, but for the right economic incentive, I was willing to do so. After many phone calls with B2C, I finally found a suitable replacement diamond. Then came the big slap in the face. For all my trouble, they offered me only $14 off the price of the diamond!
Needless to say, I refused their offer and returned the ring. Even more trouble was ahead when they shorted my return by $50, saying the appraisal fee was non-refundable - even though the return was due to their own errors. Only when I threatened to take to social media did they finally return the rest of my money.
This should have been a joyful time but instead working with B2C added stress and frustration to my proposal. I can't think of a worse customer experience. Please think twice before working with B2C.
Update: Per the response of B2C Jewels below, it is clear that the representative responding did not review the details of my order as the statements posted below are factually incorrect. At the time I purchased the engagement ring, the diamond was already in New York and was delivered to the B2C facility only one day after order. At this time, the diamond was confirmed eye clean by B2C (not a third party). All delays were in the B2C manufacturing process, not their third-party suppliers.

Thank you for taking the time to post about your B2C experience - we use all of the feedback we get (both positive and negative) to make improvements each day.
The reason you will find jewelry and diamonds at such incredibly low prices through B2C is our access to hundreds of thousands of diamonds through diamond partners that are housed throughout the world. We update our own system based on the best information we have. In your case the delay was a matter of communication with our partners and we are working hard to increase that efficiency on a continual basis. Despite our best efforts it simply did not meet the standards we (or you) would hope for causing delays in delivery and manufacturing.
Sincerely,
B2C Jewels

Beware of the diamond you are getting
Beware of the diamond you are getting. my diamond which I spent a car payment worth of money was not at par. Called them to explain the situation, but they are pretty stringent with their policy, their representative seems to be from India, and very difficult to communicate

BAIT AND SWITH
I placed my order and then was told the diamond had been already sold. Typical "BAIT AND SWITCH". Then "Samuel" tried to sell me a lower quality diamond for a more expensive price. I never write reviews but I am devastated and hope that this does not happen to you. There are many diamond companies online. Don't choose this one. I have proof of this in case you want to verify.
