Dealing with B2C Jewels was great. I had been looking for months for an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancee and stumbled on B2C from the pricescope website. With tons of research out of the way, B2C clearly had the best prices available, WELL below any local jeweler and still below most online retailers. The info they provided on each diamond made it very easy to pick the perfect diamond to my exact specifications. The only issue was you have to realize they dont necessarily have all these diamonds on hand, as many are sitting with private dealers. So, I did have to wait for confirmation that the diamond I selected was still available. The first one I selected turned out to already be in the middle of a sale to someone else, but the guys at B2C worked quickly to help me find another with the same specifications and the same price. Withing about a week of trying I was able to get the diamond I wanted and had it delivered the next day. The quality was AMAZING (highly recommend checking the numbers through the pricescope tool to get the calculated reflective properties given certain cut angles and sizes). The diamond was stunning and my fiancee LOVED it. With a little over 3/4ct she gets compliments all the time about how perfect her diamond is and how well the light reflects and sparkles. I purchased a diamond with a GIA certificate. The first several I attempted to buy either were alredy sold (list does not update frequently, I guess) or were determined not to be of sufficient quelity, certificates notwithstanding. Maybe this excess of quality control is a good thing (I had thought a sound GIA certificate would suffice, but they claim many had occlusions and black specks notwithstanding that). Upshot: It took several tries, over several weeks, before a stone actually was shipped. Credit card companies needed to be assuaged. Possibly a small amphibian was sacrificed, I don't know.

Jack and the people up at B2C are great. This is my second purchase from them and both were smooth and easy. There prices are as good as better than my suppliers that don't sell to the general public...in fact, I wish B2C didn't sell to the general public!
