B2C JewelsReviews of b2cjewels.com

The ring I ordered was excellent. I received some great ideas from the staff on preferences and overall they were extremely helpful, particularly Samuel.

Last year I purchased my wife a pair of diamond earrings for Christmas and it worked out great. I told my son's they should use B2C when they decided to get engaged so this year I helped one of my sons get his engagement diamond and setting. He was able to afford a much better quality diamond from B2C then he could get at a local store. It turned out beautiful and we had a great experience this year as I did last year with Shane and Johnny.

B2C's live chat is amazing! They're very helpful and patient in answering my questions. When I lost a ring to another buyer, they were quick to inform me about it with suggestions that are around my budget. And they delivered my order right on time! To all you guys working there, most especially to Johnny, thank you very much! I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who'll be looking for diamonds.

I recently purchased a diamond rings from B2C Jewels. At first I was skeptical of buying such an important purchase online. I did some research and learned that B2C Jewels is a very reputable online jeweler. Their diamond selection is very good. It was a very easy process to pick the stone and ring I wanted. The order was shipped to me for free with the option of free returns and exchanges. When I received the ring I was very impressed with the quality. No local jewelry store can compete with the quality and the price. Also the customer service was very good. My personal assistant (Raymond) kept me informed and answered all of my questions. I will definitely purchase from B2C Jewels in the future and recommend their services to my friends. Thank you!

The best bang for your buck on a diamond anywhere in my opinion. Very happy with the quality of the ring and the Customer Service provided all the way through. Rio, my representative checked in with me often, first to let me know that the product had been shipped and then after to ensure that it arrived, really appreciated all his follow up. I can't say enough about the ring as my now fiancee is over the moon, I still catch her looking at it 3 or 4 times a day. She loves it and the ability to customize everything to your liking means there is no way of messing it up (if you have a girlfriend like me who was very specific of what type of ring she was looking for). Anyone who is hesitant to shop online for this big of an investment, fear not, this is best way to do it!

Delivery was very fast. Thank you for that!

I ordered an engagement ring for my girlfriend and was guided step by step through the whole process using their 24 hour online chat service by an amazingly helpful staff member named Ronald. My order had to be shipped intentionally and he talked me through the whole process including what I would need to do with regards to customs at my end. If you are looking to buy GIA certified diamonds at great prices with a personal 1 to 1 service then this is definitely the place. The ring even came in a fancy box that has a little light in it what shines when it opens to give the diamond an extra sparkle when you do pop the question. I honestly couldn't be happier. Let's just hope she says yes!”
