Ronald helped me with my purchase of a diamond ring, and he was incredibly patient and nice to work with. I originally selected a solitaire diamond ring, but realized the J color was more yellow than I wanted. I was able to return the diamond and the ring setting with their prepaid shipping and exchanged it for an F color diamond and a different setting. I actually ended up returning the setting twice because I was looking for a lower setting to prevent snags, and B2C accepted the exchanges, no questions asked. When I selected the second diamond, I asked Ronald for a 10X picture and ASSET image of the diamond to help me in my selection; they weren't able to provide the ASSET image because the diamond was located in a lab without the imaging set-up but they did send the 10X close-up image which helped me see if there were any significant inclusions that would potentially prevent it from being eye-clean. I am thrilled with the final ring! It took about 5-7 business days to set the diamond but they shipped it overnight when it was completed. I found the diamond prices on B2C to be the most competitive compared to other online stores like James Allen, Blue Nile, etc. However, you should do your homework to make sure you get what you want. FYI, prior to making any diamond purchases, I highly recommend you read beyond the 4Cs from pricescope. For example, I learned that for higher clarity diamonds like the F color I was looking at, you want a diamond with no or faint fluorescence as it may make the final diamond appear cloudy. Furthermore, the proportions of a diamond are incredibly important. The HCA tool helps you weed out some of the bad ones, but I wouldn't go by this one alone.

After more than a year of researching diamonds, the 4c's, I finally decided to go with B2C in upgrading my wedding rings. Rio assisted me throughout my diamond search process. He was very available and responsive (I communicated exclusively by email). As I sought out the "perfect" diamond, he provided suggestions and accurate information relative to availability, while not making me feel rushed into making the purchase. At one point, I too quickly purchased one diamond, only to immediately realize I hadn't checked one important aspect, and with a flurry of (semi-panic on my part) email exchanges, Rio efficiently and calmly cancelled that order. Within a day I had done my additional research, and found the “better” diamond for me. My recommendation to anyone shopping on-line would be to do your research first. Know the range of the specifications you want, whether you want a GIA certified stone, other factors like the HCA rating. Take some time on-line reading about the factors to consider before you make this expensive purchase, and get to know what you consider a quality diamond. Then go to the on-line retailers. Check Pricescope, as the assortment of diamonds is quite extensive. Make note of those listed by B2C in particular...obtain stock numbers or GIA Certification numbers (many GIA Certificate pdf files are linked for the stones). Then, contact B2C and work with them on finding the diamond that you will be happy to buy. The process worked wonderfully for me. And, the $$ bottom line: my ~$10,500 purchase appraised for ~$14,700. I don't think I would have found a better price for this stone anywhere, certainly not at my local stores.

Where can I begin...B2C Jewels is a hidden gem online. (Although just as an fyi, an actual store does exist in N.Y.)
