I ordered a wedding band from B2C for my fiance many, many months after I had ordered an engagement ring. I thought I ordered the correct matching wedding band but B2C cross-referenced my order and called me to inform me that I actually needed to order a different one -- and in fact would be paying a slightly lower cost for it. Samuel was the name of the customer service agent who assisted and he was excellent -- he really went the extra mile but, for him, it was clear that this was just the right thing to do and something that is ingrained in the ethic of the company. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from B2C in the future.

I worked with Wayne to select a diamond for an engagement ring, he was fantastic. I got a better diamond than I could have at a mall jewelry store and I also saved a significant amount of money. The shipping was fine and buying and not having to pay sales tax was a huge plus. Aaron

I needed a band for an engagement ring that I had purchased a couple of years ago. B2C didn't have the band available on their site for that particular design so I had to reach out to their customer care to see if they would customize it for me. Ronald from their customer care team followed up with me and got me the CAD design in a day along with a few options and their quote. After approval and payment, I received the band via UPS in about a week. The UPS delivery guy got my signature and didn't just leave the package outside the door. My first time buying from online retailer. Usually I shopped at local jewel shop. During browsed online stores and I found B2C. found B2C and purchased the diamond that seems good to me. However Mr.Samuel,very nice and patience man, contacted me and saying he had checked with gemologist and there is heavy brown hue in my ordered diamond. He advised me not to take the diamond I chose and provided some other stone to compare with my original purchased. Finally I bought the stone that Samuel recommended. Once I saw the diamond, love IT.
