I began my engagement ring search in physical store locations, but quickly found that the prices were better online at places like Brian Gavin, James Allen, and Blue Nile. Of all the online retailers, B2C Jewels consistently beat the prices of the others. I looked, on sites like this one, for reviews and found most of them good. I decided to proceed with caution, but to give them a chance. After many online chats with Nick, I found the right diamond. With the 30 day no-questions-asked return policy, I ordered it. Nick was kind enough to send me the loose diamond for me to take a look at (as well as a gemologist) to make sure it checked out. It came with the GIA report and checked out as exactly what it claimed to be. I then sent the diamond back to be set in a ring I found on their website. My girlfriend couldn't have been happier. She and I are extremely happy with the diamond. Nick made a stressful once-in-a-lifetime purchase as easy as possible. I would/will definitely use B2C Jewels again.

I was initially apprehensive to purchase a diamond online .I went to a couple of stores and wasn't happy with their limited inventory / aggressive sales pitch and decided to give online a try. B2C has some very competitive pricing (same diamonds were more a couple of 100 dollars more expensive on other websites) and their customer service is exceptionally good. Nick helped me single out a great stone from a wide selection and which was well within my budget. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend B2C

Despite a few delays with them needing to order a new mold for the ring, what was eventually received was of great quality. I thought B2C had a much better selection of settings than most other sites.
