They do an exceptional job of packaging the shipment and followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was pleased with the diamond. I recommend using B2C Jewels if you are looking for a diamond. The customer service was great, Shane was very helpful and polite. I did not know if I wanted to purchase from an online company, but I did a lot of research to check the validity of the company. There are some good sources if you just take the time to look around. The company is in good standing with the BBB and there were enough reviews and videos to convince me that B2C is a legitimate company. I had no issues once the order process started and it was a fast turn around time. They called to let me know that it would be shipped over night and it arrived the next afternoon which I live in Texas and it came from New York so I was happy. I was impressed with the diamond ring once I got it in, the quality is great and the box it came in was a nice touch as well. Thanks again to Shane and B2C Jewels.

The whole experience was great, better than expected.

I purchased a 1 carat platinum diamond ring from B2C jewels online. I was a little dubious about purchasing such a ring online without actually seeing first, however the customer service and assistance I received from Johnny was first class. The communication via email and live chat was second to none and allayed all my initial worries about such a purchase online. I selected a few diamonds which I liked and Johnny requested gemmology reports to ensure the brilliance of each diamond and are eye clean, I actually did this for 6 stones without a problem. Using these gemmology reports Johnny recommended the perfect diamond with the best fire and brilliance and this was not the most expensive diamond! The stone, setting and platinum ring are amazing and exceeded my expectations! I would definitely recommend using B2C jewels to anybody, as I have already recommended to several friends.

This was my 1st time buying diamonds online. Excellent chat and phone support. Great documentation of diamond quality. Overnight UPS delivery was delayed. I was not going to be home on revised delivery date. I called customer service and within 1 hour they called me back and arranged to have my shipment delivered on time. Will buy again.
