I went into this shopping experience with extreme skepticism. The website is a tad clunky and ordering seemed to not work. BUT once I began to use their online chat some of my concerns were taken care of immediately. The diamonds came with the cert. which made me feel better. I placed a wrong order and it was immediately cancelled so I could reorder it. The execution by this site is amazing. I placed a order on Sunday and the earrings were at my door, half way across the country, by 10 on Friday! The earrings were amazing and my wife loves them. I will be a return customer!!!! I also worked with Melwin and OMG I wish he was one of my employees!!! What a great asset to have and so so helpful.
