Choosing an excellent cut, D color, flawless clarity diamond for wife as a Christmas gift token. Anthony helped out in detailed situations pushed the delivery before the Christmas. Thank you Anthony.

I had an engagement ring that needed to be finished and in my hands before leaving for vacation with my girlfriend. Simon at B2C jewels did a fantastic job in getting the ring ready for me in time. The ring looked beautiful on receipt and of course my girlfriend loved it and accepted my proposal.

Wow! The customer service that Johnny gave us was fabulous. He let us know what was happening every step of the way.

We've purchased from B2C Jewels a few times now, and they've become our first choice for unbeatable prices and always providing a pleasant buying experience. For this specific purchase we worked with Johnny, although email and phone conversations did involve other sales representatives as well. Shipping is always via overnight and fully insured. Products are always in perfect condition and exactly as described. They also have a great return policy. Thank you.

I recently purchased a 1.6 ct diamond with b2c jewels and was thrilled with both the diamond and the service provided by Johnny who was a pleasure to deal with.

I'm a first time buyer (26 yrs old) with no clue about diamonds or jewelry in general. Fortunately, I'm very good at doing research. After countless hours of online research, getting to know more about diamonds (cuts, clarity, color etc.) walking in and out of jewelry stores I came to realize my best bet would be online retailer. Most brick and mortar jewelry stores will try to sell you a diamond at a price more than its worth. Probably to offset store location costs and reel in some profit. Also, every store had a limited selection and would either try to sell you a "bigger, better" diamond or "smaller but beautiful" diamond. I walked into these stores to do research and get an idea of what they looked like. THAT'S IT. After comparing their diamonds to online retailers there was a major price difference. That's when I used B2C jewels and felt I was getting a fair price for a diamond. They have a long list of diamond selections and I was able to view a picture of the diamond. I was hesitant to pull the trigger since I'd prefer to view the diamond in person but I'm glad I did. Simon was amazing in answering all my questions, and very patient. He walked through the transaction process with me, and even with technical issues. I'm happy I didn't have to deal with a pushy salesmen and was able to make a purchase with a clear happy conscious. Also, the company is very responsive to emails. I wish more people knew about this route and got their money's worth. Overall, the ring was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. My fiancé loved it and she's already getting a lot of compliments. Thank You B2C Jewels

Everything as advertised, combined with great customer service from Shane made this an excellent buying experience!

This company was very easy to purchase a diamond from. Shane was my person of contact and he was on top of everything. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made it so easy for me to purchase a loose diamond. I would buy from them a million times over. The problem is that I cannot afford it.
