B2C JewelsReviews of b2cjewels.com

Excellent work on my custom ordered ring. Anita did a wonderful job communicating with me every step of the purchase process. I definitely recommend B2C for all custom jewelry.

Great value in Diamond. Best price on the net. I am very happy that I chose B2C jewels and will certainly do business with them again.

I was initially hesitant to select a diamond online and then wire a large sum of money to folks I only spoke with on the phone. I spoke to several customer representatives during the process, including Nick, Maya, and Anthony. However, the end result was a diamond that made my now fiancee very happy. In addition, the appraiser commented on it - saying, "You have a beautiful diamond here." I chose B2C Jewels after noting it a publication similar to Consumer Reports called Checkbook, so this made me more confident about the business transaction. In addition to reading the GIA report, I requested for a video of the diamond, which eventually led me to purchasing the gemstone. I did call often to ensure delivery of my diamond on time, which did happen. This seemed necessary, otherwise it may have come a few days later than initially discussed with the company representatives. Because it did arrive on time, I am happy with the results. I would purchase from B2C Jewels again. They have a large selection of gemstones not only for engagement rings, but also for earrings, pendants, etc.

Great time working with this company, victor was very helpful, and as usual I got a great deal for my money.

Great services from B2C. Customer service team is patient, efficient and knowledgeable, especially from Alex and shipping department.

Fears of using an online source for a diamond purchase were quickly diminished as soon as I saw that the diamond I had bought was exactly what I had seen on the webpage. No surprises. Nick was very attentive.

Nick provided me Great customer service. They carry good diamonds that are beyond 4Cs.
