I had been researching engagement diamonds for a few months before stumbling upon b2c through rarecarat.com. I wasnt finding the exact diamond I was looking for when working with local jewlers and once I felt like I knew what I wanted, I decided to check online. I was nervous making such a large purchase without first seeing the diamond but Anita and her team were extremely helpful and responsive. I got the diamond, had it independently appraised and it was exactly as advertised and I feel great about the purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

All of my interactions with B2C were fine initially. I was really excited about the ring I had purchased. The ring eventually cracked at the hub where the band connected to the setting about three months after I received the ring. I was able to have it repaired and resized for free, under warranty, I just had to pay for shipping. Fast forward to 9 months later after the repair, the ring cracked again at the exact same spot. I assumed because the ring was repaired in October and it was currently July that they would honor their 1 year warranty. My assumption was incorrect. I emailed them asking about their policy, but my question was never directly addressed, I was just told that it was out of warranty and I would have to pay. I'm guessing you get 1 year of warranty service after the purchase and they don't warranty any of their repairs.

Beware of the diamond you are getting. my diamond which I spent a car payment worth of money was not at par. Called them to explain the situation, but they are pretty stringent with their policy, their representative seems to be from India, and very difficult to communicate
