B2C Jewels experience overall was fantastic. The service rep that I was in communication with, Shane, was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The diamond that I was specifically looking for came from overseas and Shane made everything was going smoothly at each step along the way. Great customer service experience and ultimately a great end product!

I bought a very nice cushion cut internally flawless diamond from B2C at a very reasonable price. They were courteous and helpful with regards to finding a great diamond. Subsequently I had an elaborate ring custom made in platinum (6 years ago) for the diamond for my engagement ring. However, less than 6 years after the purchase, the stone fell out of the ring and it is gone. I have taken the ring taken to a few local jewelers on the west coast and they all commented on how poorly the crown of the ring was manufactured. The prongs were very small, sharp and weak with lots of porosity and soldered on - ie. very poor/cheap workmanship done to cut corners. So there is my story. An internally flawless 2 carat diamond lost to poor quality workmanship. I would recommend buying loose diamonds from B2C since they have a great selection and competitive pricing but their quality of ring making is sketchy and cheap. Please seriously consider this prior to buying or having them make a ring for you.

I have had one of the best experiences with B2C jewels. I bought a diamond solitaire ring for my wife as a present for her 29th bday. I did some research online trying to find the best place online or in stores for genuine diamond rings and landed on B2C. I was sceptical at first since I had never bought jewellery online and didn't know how it would turn out. I ultimately pressed the button and put in a request for an expedited delivery. Within two days I got a call and I spoke with Anita- a customer rep with B2C. She was very professional, informative and assured me that she would get the ring delivered ahead of time and also assured me that, in an off-chance that I don't like the ring, I could return it and get a new one sent back. I got the ring two days in advance and my wife loved it. She says it's been one of my best buys and is very happy with B2C. B2C will be our go to place for all of our future jewellery buys.

Ring arrived quickly and exactly as it appeared online. It's absolutely stunning! Also, the light inside the ring box is a nice touch, as I can now propose at night but the diamond will still be glowing bright!
