B2C JewelsReviews of b2cjewels.com

I just had an amazing experience from start to finish with B2C jewels. I was worried with making such a large purchase online, and not being able to see the diamond right in front of me before committing. But from the beginning Shane from B2C has been there to assist me through the whole thing. He helped look at the diamonds with me, and compare different ones. He went above and beyond what i would've expected for me. Once i made the decision and had my custom ring picked out Shane was there once again to keep me informed and updated through out the ring making processes. When i was nervous or wasn't sure on the next steps he was willing to take the time to explain them to me. He was always happy to assist and made the experience a unique experience. Now that i have my ring with me i am beyond pleased! It is an amazing ring and i couldn't be happier. I will be looking to B2C Jewels for all of my future jewelry purchases and hope to work with Shane again in the near future.

Initially, I thought I had a good experience with this jeweler. Their prices seemed to be on target so I decided to use them. I worked primarily with Tina to get a custom setting and over and over she promised that I would get the ring "well before" a certain date that I needed it by. I, myself, had to make a call to see that my order had been delayed another week — I never even got a call from the company! They are so poor at giving updates. I was shocked and outraged by the unprofessionalism and unwillingness to appease me as a customer. They should have gone onto the streets of NYC's diamond district and made my order for me in NYC. I was never told that all gems AND the assembly were done overseas and that I wasn't guaranteed the date I needed the ring by. I am thoroughly disappointed with the company and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. ----------------------------------- UPDATE: After about a week, the company called me to remedy the situation. The director of consumer education called me and wrote me an email apologizing for the terrible customer service. Ultimately, B2C made the ring ready for me to pick-up in their NYC offices the day it originally was due and offered it to me with a considerable discount. They told me that my situation was unusual since I was working with a woman from their company who was just hired and I was her first sale. I am glad the company reached out to me and treated me nicely to remedy the hell of a roller coaster that I was put on.

We received fantastic customer service from Johnny and the rest of the staff at B2C jewelry. My husband purchased the center stone diamond on a simple band to propose. Then, when we selected the setting with johnny's help, we got an incredible wedding set that I adore!! The compliments keep coming! Thank you so much for providing my perfect dream wedding ring!!

For many years, I worked with a jeweler on sourcing diamonds for customized jewelry pieces. Other than going on known websites such as Blue Nile, I really had no other way to compare pricing and quality. Until B2Cjewels.

Once more, it was all perfect with B2C. As an international customer (Germany) it is always a more complicated to buy online in the US (costumes etc.) but with B2C it worked out well as it did the last couple of times i ordered with them - the products are great and the service from Patricia was great too - anytime again.

Great customer experience with very quick feedback and amazing diamond for an absolutely unbeatable price! Thanks Simon and B2C!
