This is my 3rd purchase from B2C Jewels in the last 3 years. My latest purchase is a 1.06 ct. princess cut loose diamond for my pendant. Similar to my previous 2 purchases, it’s another smooth and pleasant experience, from my initial email inquiring additional information about certain diamonds I was looking at, to receiving my purchase. Simon, Tina, Patricia are very professional and prompt with my all of my questions and request. I definitely recommend B2C to anyone who’s in the market for a piece of jewelry or loose diamond. B2C has the biggest selection of loose diamonds among all other online diamond stores; and their customer service is exceptional.

I purchased a 1.8 carats round excellent cut diamond ring last month and the experience has been awesome since the beginning: I was a little nervous, to say the least, to receive what I ordered even with a GIA certificate! ( what if they send you a stone other than the one that’s on the certificate???)... but after an appraisal done at my jeweler of fifteen years, I was so proud to have made such a great purchase!: everything matched! At the end of the day I paid close to $11,000 for a ring appraised at $28,500!! The ring is stunning! I get lots of compliments! It is not too big and can wear it everyday: just 😍 Thank you Shane for a super great work done! I bought an engagement ring for my fiancé back in March of 2017. Initially the ring was beautiful, large center stone with multiple smaller stones on the sides of the band. Within 2 months, one of the small side stones had fallen off. B2c originally wanted to charge me to replace the stone but eventually backed down and covered the repairs. It has now been 9 months since the original purchase and another stone has fallen out of the side. Again, they originally wanted to charge me for the repairs, but backed. The fixed ring is again beautiful and was repaired in a timely fashion, but the process was very frustrating.

Great customer service. Price, diamond, everything was perfect. Couldn't have found a better value and confidence with the seller.
