I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a diamond online, but what I saw on the website and what I received was exactly the same. I was very impressed with Alex and all the customer service reps, they kept me informed the entire process and followed up after my purchase. I’d refer them to anyone looking to but a diamond that does not want to pay the retail commissions.

Here’s the long version: I was in the market for a 1 Ct, round cut, engagement ring. I knew very little about diamonds, but consider myself a wise shopper. I always try to get smart on large purchases. So I read every article I could for about a week and watched some very informative YouTube videos. Armed with my new found education, I cruised the internet for about a week- Blue Nile, James Allen, B2C and all of the brick and mortar places. B2C couldn’t be beat. Once I made contact, the particular stone I wanted wasn’t available but my helpful customer service agent, Anita Brown, helped me find another. I ended up with a GIA 3E stone that I couldn’t be happier with. The best part of the process was the outstanding customer service. I was updated on every step- when, the stone was received, when it was set, when it was shipped, etc... I was out of town during the delivery and had the ring shipped to a family address. Ms. Brown called my mother to make sure it was delivered on time and everything was good. It wasn’t good, it was GREAT! B2C will receive my repeat business. And to other prospective fiancés trying to find the right ring at the right price- do yourself a favor- call Anita Brown.

Just WOW! I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Shane, he took his time to go over general diamond information with me and sent me a list of diamonds to go over. We settled on a 1.74 H/VS2. When it arrived I was blown away by how shiny it was!

The return policy is REAL and hassle free!!! Tina was my primary contact, she is customer service with a smile. Even though any rep that is available is just as eager and kind to assist. Patrick is 'johnny on the spot' with processing orders, meeting requests and deadlines!! Great team of people at B2Cjewels!!!
