I am a satisfied customer with B2C jewels. I bought a pair of loose diamonds and mount it on a pair of beautiful earrings. I’m really satisfied with the result. Buying a diamond sight unseen requires knowing what to look for. After much research and comparing costs from several on-line sites, I found that B2C Jewels could not be matched for the exact same diamond (GIA reports). Not only that, but their customer service was incredible. Anita helped walk me through the entire process and when I called with more questions and Anita wasn't there, Melvin was more than willing to spend a great deal of time with me on the phone answering everything beyond my expectations. Anita is an amazing, cheerful, thorough representative. After receiving the diamond which was securely packaged--envelope, within a package that was sealed within a box, within another box, I took the diamond to my local gemologist who studied the stone under magnification. It was almost flawless and absolutely gorgeous! I could not be happier with my purchase and will definitely buy again from B2C Jewels. Thank you, Anita, for all of your expertise and help.

Melwin held my diamond while the bank and credit card took their time processing and reprocessing information. They were never hard to contact. Once the bank and card had everything sorted, the diamond arrived exactly when Melwin said it would. Better customer service than most store fronts. Thanks Melwin.
