Shane and B2C exceeded all expectations over several large diamond purchases. You should never hesitate to go with B2C. They have very fast turn around with shipping, phone, email, & returns. They are extremely professional and polite. They are truly a hidden gem and I hope their business continues to grow. I am a very satisfied repeat customer.

I enjoyed the customer service. I wanted my earrings to be customized similar to Tiffany's, and it turned out not to a problem at all. I enjoy the beauty and the quality of the diamond while happy with the price.

I am very pleased with the diamond rings I purchased with B2C jewels. My purchase would not have been successful over the web, because I lack good tech skills. Anita Brown on live chat tried in vain to walk me through the process so I asked if I could just call her and buy my rings over the phone. I am glad I did! She was wonderful and made my purchase more personal. I felt like I was across the counter talking to her instead of across the country!

I am completely happy with the 1 carat diamond I purchased from B2C. The stone is beautiful and the price was great! A special shout out to my sales consultant, Pascal!! He was so excellent to work with. He kept me regularly informed on the status of shipment and ready to answer any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely recommend B2C to others!!! THANKS AGAIN ;)

My diamonds turned out great! Team was helpful and responsive but Simon's knowledge and great follow up shone through. Don't bother with the customization though unless you are willing to wait 1 additional month! Also prepaid for the CAD photos which turned out to be some badly taken iphone photo. I demanded a refund which could only be used for a store credit.

This is the first time I purchased from B2C Jewels and it has been my best experience ever purchasing a ring. Melwin provided a superb service. He keep me informed of the process, I received video and information about the purchase and I was notified of the shipment. The whole process was excellent. I highly recommend them. Thank you very much.

I just bought an engagement ring for my wife, after she lost her original one. Working with Shane and B2C was fantastic! He was incredibly responsive, helpful, thorough and professional. Buying a diamond and setting on line can be challenging, but Shane and B2C made it easy, giving me confidence that I was buying the right stone. I recommend that if you have any jewelry to buy, buy it from B2C

I highly recommend B2C to anyone looking for a quality service, product, price and desiring wow that special love of your life!! I initially went to a local brick and mortar jeweler, wow overpriced! Then I began my internet search and eventually whittled my choices to B2C and another online jeweler. The staff at B2C is extremely helpful. I eventually decided to purchase my diamond and setting when I did a diamond check on pricescope.com, B2C's prices for the identical diamonds were less expensive! I also highly recommend the "try it free" option. The staff walked me through the entire process, they were easily accessible by phone and we spoke several times during the entire purchasing/delivery cycle.
