I am very disgusted with these people. I spent $110 on an ad that 1) was falsely advertised and 2) the lady was beyond shady and was rude to boot. The house wasn't even for rent, but a small CHILD SIZE room compared to the rest of the house. The ad for one needed to be worded better and made known that the "landlord", more like a fake investor.., was a FRAUD. The house isn't even done yet and she had people living there. Expecting people to share dishes and stuff.. I was not even in the slightest bit comfortable and she also expected my boyfriend and myself to have the $1000 up front when I was just coming to look. I don't trust avail either since I can't be spending my money like this right now with such a small time frame I have to move out... I wouldn't trust these people ever again with anything and I'm going to fight it to get my money back. They can keep saying it's nonrefundable, but I was wronged and felt uncomfortable around their "landlord". The ladies name is Monica (the "investor"), house wasn't ready or up to par, her tenants didn't seem all that comfortable around her, and the house is 113 bunting, San Antonio, TX. 78227. ⛔️!!!!!DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!⛔️

I’m extremely disappointed in this this company and the Agent Rachael Keeney! She took my money knowing the house I specifically stated (and applied for) that I wanted and needed due to a quick job transfer out to Rome, Ga. She knew my situation and we made a plan for viewing. I told ger I’d put in an application asap but right after I submitted my application sge respondedcwith sorry the house has already been rented, a deposit was put on it to gold it. So, you knew the house was on hokd and then it was rented and you still let me pay $110 to apply for it. I absolutely do not have that kind of money to just throw away. Why would I apply for a house already rented and why would she let me? She took advantage and I will be fighting this charge! How can she do that to people? She got so unprofessional and rude with me after I told her that what she did was not ok and I would dispute the charge. Bottom line, she knew the house was taken and she let me apply and spend over $110 anyway!

Nonchalant service that couldn't even answer a few inquiries. I'll make sure to stay away from the service moving forward.

I registered on this site as a landlord. And had my tenant sign up. Then I get a message from this company that they cancelled my account with no explanation given as to why. I’ve asked multiple times why you all closed my account and no one will tell me.

When calling to make adjustments on payment date they say to call back later date..you should always be available during regular work hours. That's so not right..do something

Seriously needs to invest in enhancing their UI and customer experience.

11/13/2023: I called the avail.co customer service phone number and got a live person. I explained that I didn't want to verify the listing using SS & DOB because of risk for identity theft, but also because they're not collecting rent for us and sending tax forms at the end of the year. So they showed us a workaround and got it listed. 11/8/2023: We have 1 property listed for rent in Texas last year, and found a nice tenant for a year. I used other resources for rental contract, tenant screening, and rent collection. Now we wanted to just list again and avail.co is asking for SS & DOB in order to verify landlord account? Sounds like a scam to steal identity to me.

Outstanding service! Called customer service as a result of an error I had made during set up. The representative taught me how to fix it and educated me on how to navigate the platform and its features. Easy to get ahold of a representative, and very attentive support.
