they keep it updated and easy to use. Suggestion- can pics and info have some sort of watermark on it so people can't high jack the ad and place it as a scam?

Avail gives broad coverage for the Landlord, listing property on many web-sites and does so in a very professional way. In my opinion, it could eventually replace some of the long existing rental property web-sites. Their customer service is exceptionally good.
