Hi Gary, Thank you for taking the time to share this. We completely understand the frustration and apologize if this feature did not deliver the results you were hoping for. Avail’s Promoted Listings feature is designed to increase visibility for landlords by offering premium placement on major rental sites. While this add-on helps improve exposure, unfortunately, neither Avail nor Realtor.com can guarantee a specific number of leads. If responses aren’t coming through the site, it may help to try reaching out via text or email directly. Once initial contact is made, that’s usually the best time to encourage a renter to move forward with an application. Stick with it, and we're sure you'll connect with the right tenant soon! Our team will be here to help with anything that comes up along the way.

Thank you for the feedback, Everett! We know your time is valuable, and strive to ensure that all of our customers love using Avail. Therefore we want to maintain the integrity of the landlords on our platform by taking preventative measures against the fraud that is prevalent in rental listings and payments. This includes ensuring that anyone listing a property through Avail is the rightful owner of the property or is otherwise authorized to list it. While many renters may not search directly on Avail.co, listings are syndicated to multiple popular rental platforms, helping to maximize visibility and reach more potential tenants. We hope this eases some of your concerns and that you can come to see this process as an investment in the safety and security of you and your tenants. Our team will be here to help with any questions you have along the way!
