I only received a few leads through avail.com and the leads I did receive were non responsive, I’m not sure if they were real leads or computer generated. Definitely not worth the money upgrading

When Hurricane Helene hit Spartanburg SC in September,2024. The damage reveal damage to the sewer system. All Star/All Valley Realty told me that I damaged the toilets that would not flush. So I hired and paid for a plumber to do a temporary fix. The property has a tree roots growing thru the sewer line. They refused to complete the repair so I had to moved very fast. The plumber said the lines will burst. To this day I didn't receive my _800.00 security deposit back. I am very disappointed and will never rent or recommend this realtor again. Please check who uses your services. They were charging late fees based on the day the funds hit their account not when the payment was done. They will continue to lose tenants based on the way they treat them.
