Hi Serena, We completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to get the support you needed, and we're really sorry for that experience. In full transparency, there was a time when we were stretched thin, and knowing we couldn’t always meet expectations was frustrating for us too. The good news is that we've been actively working on improvements! You can now leave a voicemail or request a callback, with the assurance that your call will be returned by the end of the day. We’re also expanding the team and expect to welcome at least five new agents in the coming weeks to provide even faster, more reliable support. These changes are already making a difference—our current wait time is averaging just over 3 minutes! It may also help to know that the first week of the month is always our busiest, but wait times tend to be shortest before 9:30 AM CST and after 3 PM CST. We know this doesn’t give you back the time you lost, but we truly hope you'll consider giving us another shot so we can provide the experience you deserve. We’ve got some exciting improvements in the works, and while the goal is always to make things smooth enough that support isn’t needed, we're here 7 days a week to help with anything that comes up.
