Auto Glass Now in Wichita KS location 7613 E Harry st Wichita KS 67207 December 2024 had the windshield replaced and in February 2025 the windshield cracked again was told the crack was to big to fix and it had to be replaced again how can it just break like that there were no dent and no sigh of rock hitting it.They said because we fixed the window during the winter the freezing temperatures may have cracked the window if that was the issue why didn't they just let me know or recommend me not to fix it during the winter I could have waited to fix it when the weather was warmer.There life time warranty is a scam

Took my car in for a new windshield. When I got home I noticed a area that didn't match the smoothness of the rest of the windshield. It was on the driver's side top of windshield. When I took it back they claimed I did it. Like why would I ruin my own windshield work. The front desk clerk had the nerve to insist it was me. We went back and forth and finally it was fixed. They knew they were wrong. They did a poor job installing my windshield plain and simple. But I wasn't about to leave until they fixed my windshield. And they left all the extra trash in my car. Didn't even clean up the extra rubber they used. Yes they are cheaper than many other places but I'd rather pay more to have my job done right. I cannot recommend them.

The technicians arrived earlier than scheduled and were very were able to meet me at my office instead of home with no issues. Once Keith and Eric Moore started they had the windshield fully replaced in 15-20 minutes. These guys did a great job and I would recommend if you need to get your windshield worked on.

We had our original appointment rescheduled for days later, due to not having our windshield. I rescheduled for today at 8 AM. I received a confirmation text last night. This morning I received a call when I was two minutes away from the shop to let me know they did not have my windshield. I had been driving for 30 minutes.. in order to make it to today’s appointment for the two hour service. I had rescheduled patients and changed my family routine. I had now lost an hour of my day and did not have a new windshield. when the manager called back three hours later, he let me know he had expected his vendor to deliver my windshield over the weekend.. How to solve this problem? Do not schedule someone until you have the needed parts on hand. Simple. I would advise finding a different provider for your windshield needs. I plan to do that right now.

The customer service over the phone and through the installation process. We will use them again if the need comes up. Both the office and staff were professional kind and understanding and worked around our needs. They did an awesome job on installation. Thank you.

Great communication before arriving and once on site. They replaced my windshield while I was at work. Ralph was friendly and professional. Deceptive or incompetent, not the way to run a business. Left the store with written quote but couldn't schedule with my calendar. Then, received a text offerring a $30 discount if I'd go ahead and schedule. When I called the number to schedule, they refused to honor the $30 discount. I'll be going elsewhere for window replacement.

I went to have a windshield replaced in my jeep. I usually use Autoglass of Montgomery but they unfortunately were booked up. First the appointment was rescheduled due to the incompetence of the girl up front who could barely speak English. The manager there seemed to have just woke up at 12pm who looked like he didn’t want to deal with me at all. So they call me and say they have everything and ready for me to come. I get there and it was 2 hours before they even pulled my car around, another 3 hours later they pull my around and say unfortunately we had the wrong glass. 5 hours I wasted there and got nothing. The staff was so unpleasant and the lobby looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. I will never recommend anyone to this place!
