I recently had my windshield replaced by this company. I understand that modern windshield replacement and calibration can be expensive, so my disappointment is not with the price itself. I was willing to pay for quality work and expected the vehicle to be returned in the same clean condition. Unfortunately, I was very surprised and disappointed by the state my car was left in afterward. The next day, when sunlight came through the windshield, I noticed glass shards sparkling throughout the interior. Once I spotted the first pieces, I started finding them everywhere — on the dash, in crevices, and around the front interior. It was honestly concerning, especially considering how dangerous that could have been if I had an open drink, children, pets, or someone reaching around the vehicle. I was informed beforehand that the old windshield would shatter during removal, which I understood. However, I assumed proper precautions would be taken to protect the interior and a thorough clean afterward. Nothing appeared to have been covered, and the dash cover was not removed or properly cleaned. Thank goodness I had seat covers. Again, I am not looking for anything free or unreasonable. I simply expected a professional, complete job for the amount charged. The windshield itself looks fine, but the cleanup and attention to detail were far below what I expected from a professional auto glass service.

Whileemployees were friendly when I talked to someone, this was the worst customer service I have EVER received. I had to reschedule my first appointment even though I had communicated multiple times my time restrictions. Additionally, they thought my repair was just a fix and not a complete windshield replacement even though I indicated otherwise.nThus the total amount due was $100 more than originally quoted. They never respodned to my requests for a time window and then gave me a 20 minute notice as to when they were showing up. I had a scheduled appointment do had to rebook 2 weeks later. AND now today I got notification , again, that my appointment was anywere between 9 and 5. No duh!! I called at 10:30 asking for a 2 hour window and no one ever called me back. I sat around the entire day waiting to hear from the tech. He finally showed up at 4:00. I do not recommend the company.

Took my car in for a new windshield. When I got home I noticed a area that didn't match the smoothness of the rest of the windshield. It was on the driver's side top of windshield. When I took it back they claimed I did it. Like why would I ruin my own windshield work. The front desk clerk had the nerve to insist it was me. We went back and forth and finally it was fixed. They knew they were wrong. They did a poor job installing my windshield plain and simple. But I wasn't about to leave until they fixed my windshield. And they left all the extra trash in my car. Didn't even clean up the extra rubber they used. Yes they are cheaper than many other places but I'd rather pay more to have my job done right. I cannot recommend them.

Deceptive or incompetent, not the way to run a business. Left the store with written quote but couldn't schedule with my calendar. Then, received a text offerring a $30 discount if I'd go ahead and schedule. When I called the number to schedule, they refused to honor the $30 discount. I'll be going elsewhere for window replacement.

Incomplete job

The windshield replacement process started out great. Phone calls were made and returned were polite and professional. There were promises made to deliver exceptional service with the windshield install for a luxury german made vehicle and using original equipment made parts. A senior tech was assigned, but install was rushed unnecessarily and the result was disappointing. (Hindsight) I should have elected to pay more and have the Bmw dealership do the install and/or go with a different installer svc. that fully warrants the work done. But, I plan to follow-up with Auto Glass Now and get better solutions than what have been already presented. So far, it has been a lack of accountability from the installer and with the company. The issues should have been acknowledged and/or addressed by now considering that the install took place 2/16/24. But, I am going to be diligent and patient with the process. I believe in being reasonable and fair with these types of transactions. (+/- $1k investment) I look forward to updating this review if, matters are resolved.

I went online for a quote and was charged $20 more than the quoted price when I went in for service. Because I didn't have the quoted price with me, I went ahead with the services. However, when I realized that I was overcharged I called and sent an email to be refunded the difference. I was basically told that they store needed to update their prices per email. Then told I needed to contact the store for a refund. When contacting the store I was basically told that it was the online services fault and I didn't say anything upon purchase. When I explained that I didn't have the quoted price with me, the little girl still didn't seem to care. Why are y'all using an online service to reel people in and then over charging them upon service?? Seems like y'all should either have the same prices or drop your online service. I would have been better off buying a kit and doing it myself. Cheaper and probably a better outcome.
