The reviews speaks for it self please don’t waist your time on this company they are not competent or doesn’t understand what is business they schedule a time frame and later says they wouldn’t come in.And if you want to go to actual shop or you can reschedule it what is the guarantee you are going to come the next schedule appointment.Please if you want to use your time wisely please stay Away.

Absolutely horrible service, both from a technical side regarding the windshield repair and the customer service, or lack of it. My insurance company sent my glass repair over to Auto Glass Now for the repair of two separate damage spots in my windshield. One was a chip and one was a crack, both occurred at the same time when following a truck on the highway. The tech showed up without warning even though we were told both verbally and in the e-mail reminder that we would be given a time frame before arrival. The tech himself was someone that I would want representing my company, not wearing any company logo or apparel. He was wearing filthy sweat pants and stunk to high heaven. We went to look at the windshield together and he said he couldn't fix the crack even though the size, lack of spidering and location fit within their own websites parameters. So I told him to deal with the chip. I then went back into my house to allow him to work without my looking over his shoulder. 30 minutes later I went to check on the status only to find that he had left, no note, no explanation, nothing. I called the company and the call center couldn't reach the local shop for an explanation and they didn't have any info themselves. They told me the local manager would call me by end of day. Three days later, no call from the local shop. I called them and got the same answer, but wait! They have a new windshield for me and that will be $xxxx. I informed them that I didn't approve that and they weren't to install it. I cancelled the insurance claim to make sure no billing could occur. Still waiting for a call from the manager to explain all of this.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I contacted them on August 5, 2024, with my claim information from my insurance company and was assured they would return my call. Despite multiple follow-up calls, during which I was consistently promised a callback, I never received any communication. Ultimately, on August 14, 2024, I reached out to a different windshield replacement company, which is scheduled to service my vehicle tomorrow. I strongly advise against using their services.

Do NOT go there. Auto Glass Now hates and abuses customers. I received a quote, and was offered and had confimed an appointment (at 11:00AM) for windshield replacement. Once there, the agent in office informed me that she do not honor any previously made appointments, and their service is on first-come basis only. Shocked! I still decided to wait and left our car there, since "there was one car ahead of you". Went back at 1:00 PM. She still had no idea when they'd repair my car since still "there was one car ahead of you"! Their staff lady is arrogant and hostile to customers. She apparently did not care about customers willing to spend their hard earned money at AutoGlass. This is truly unbelievable. Perhaps they are not worried about competitors. Whole atmosphere at AutoGlassNow is repulsive and unwelcoming, if that small stuff matters to you. Do NOT go there. Other vendors will appreciate your business. Auto Glass Now will just want your money and then abuse you. Sunil P.

We called to have 2 metal "windows" that were urethaned in, removed, so we could replace with moveable pieces of glass. They stated they didn't do that. I said it's no different than removing a Quarter panel Glass, or even a Rear Vision. They said again that they don't do it, and beside, they were overloaded with work I drive by several times a week and they darn near look closed, because there doesn't appear to be much, or any work, although a part of their service is mobile. I said, I'm an auto repairer, offering my business to an auto glass company, and they say they don't do that. Well, I led the horse to the water, but they didn't want my water. From what I've seen, and now dealing with them on the phone, they are on a collision course to major failure. You can't turn work away that is actually your main forte, removing glued in glass and panels. I used them once before, and they damaged 2 windows while removing them, and they both had to be replaced at my shops expense. I was giving them another chance, but evidently, they don't need it. Oh well, I tried.

This was at the Bridgeton MO location. The seal on the top of the windshield was damaged at installation, the seal on the bottom of the windshield wasn't installed correctly, and both side trim pieces fell off shortly after windshield install. They promised to order more trim pieces months ago but haven't gotten them yet despite repeated phone calls. Absolutely terrible. Pick someplace else.

From looking at the pictures and reading the reviews I can see some of them are not actually at this location. Front desk girl is very condensing. Says shes the manager. As stated in other reviews they charge you to reschedule yet I sat their for 2 hrs past my appointment and they never started on my car. Then expect me to pay to reschedule. They new I was driving in from 45 miles away and had to sit with the car. So they waisted 2hrs of my time. They are not the cheapest either not even close . They wanted over 800$ for the mobile repair or 650 at their shop . I found another company that is doing it for 525.00 and coming to me . When I attempted to just purchase the glass as I couldn't sit and wait any longer the girl aka manager went into the shop yelling " hes refusing to let us do the F king car now but wants to buy the glass . They refused to sell me the glass. I spoke to another customer while waiting that said he was on his 3rd windshield in 2 months from them that the shield kept cracking. Just food for thought.
