I brought my car in to get the windshield replaced on Sept. 10, 2020. I arrived at 10am for my appointment and went in to the office/waiting room. On the outside door was the sign you see on all businesses stating that masks are required to be worn inside. With my mask on I went inside and was immediately angered to see that most of the people inside - employees and customers were not wearing a mask. The employee who came up to the counter to help me put on her mask as she approached. I was asked if I was going to leave my car there or wait there for my car. I said I would wait but not inside as so many people were not wearing masks. It was raining outside so as I had no other place to wait I went just inside the first bay and found a small crate to sit on. Wearing masks inside businesses is mandated. It is for everybody's good to try to prevent the spreading of Covid 19. I always wear a mask when I go inside any store or business. It is the right thing to do. It shows respect for others. I was very angry that the employees in this business did not enforce the mask mandate. I wish people would not treat wearing a mask as if it is a political issue. For whatever the reason the other people in that business were not wearing masks I feel it was the responsibility of the people working there to insist that they do otherwise wait for their car outside. The gentleman who worked on my car was very polite. The windshield installation went smoothly and looks fine.

Service was fine, but they should cleanup and fix up the dump of a waiting area. That almost had me turning around and walking out. It doesn’t need to be a dealership space but it needs a facelift inside and out. They did do a quality job though and the people were nice.

Had an appointment at 9 am. Didn't have glass put in until after 4:30 pm. They said when my first glass came in it had a scratch, so they had to send it back and order another one. They did not tell me this until after 4 hrs of me waiting and me asking them what was the hold up. So I had to leave to go pick up my wife from work and come back for service. They should have gave me a heads up on the delay before my 4 hr wait. I could have reschedule for late in the day. On the other hand. When I came back the second time the service was quick. Thanks for that.

The person who took the order did not tell me about $9 added charge for glass acquisition and also didn’t tell me about additional charge for paying with a credit card. All charges should be fully explained when the order is placed. The installation was done quickly and well.

Well. They did a good job on the windshield, but there is a question of whether the install accidentally broke the door shield in the door jam. They are supposed to be getting the video so we can review it, but I haven't heard anything yet.

i would have given them 5 stars but I waited all day for a no call no show. no comp for there mistake. a day wasted. she said I should have called earlier but I was told they would call me.

Was disappointed that I had to come back to fix the trim on the side of the windshield and was surprised that the "Clips" broke? and that the trim piece had to be glued back. I hope it holds
