i had a great experience. My tech was so kind and wanted to answer all my questions. He showed up during the time frame scheduled and completed within a couple of hours. They were great!

Had my windshield replaced. Being there on time after to 20 text messages about my appointment. Employees were late. The main one was the lady named Robin. Who to me is in the office and should be a good example for the men working there. Then I’m sitting for about 45 mins to find out they got the wrong windshield. Which they went to Little Rock and picked up. Cost me another hour of my time. I work nights 4:15pm-5am so showing up on at 8am on time, I needed to get some sleep. Which didn’t happen. So yay should be great at work tonight. Then I know they say in the fine print that glass particles may be in your vehicle. Yea there was. A lot. Not sure why you wouldn’t wanna make your work look good. And cleanup. It was everywhere. Not to mention I clean my vehicle and always spotless. Getting dirt everywhere from your shoes all over the inside sides of my vehicle and leaving it is uncalled for. Not to mention you can tell my windshield is slightly off center with the camera system for the security features In the windshield. But not bad enough for me to come in and deal with all this over again. Then as I’m leaving to pay. I find out the quote left in my voicemail and over the phone. Was now more. Which they did fix. But maybe I’m expecting to much. But usually when there are issues and problems, a business gives a little bit more of a deal for your troubles. They didn’t even offer. The lady Robin actually seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Anyways maybe I’m expecting too much out of people and businesses. Others may have had great experiences with this company. But I didn’t with the store. I hope they take this constructive criticism and make there business better. I personally won’t use them again.

I took my son’s RAV4 in with a cracked windshield. They had spoken to me the day prior and made me an appt for the next day. I brought the car at the scheduled time and was helped right away. The service person introduced himself confirmed any concerns with the windshield replacement ncluding moving stickers for Fast Track and service to the new windshield. I left the car and got lunch and was called back earlier than expected with a great result. Looks like it was never touched. Very clean and efficient job. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them for windshield replacement.

Guy showed up on time and On budget!! Work was exceptional and I’m super satisfied!

Technician Albert, IS DA MAN,,, I went to the shop on Cobb for a warranty replacement. It wasn't the windshield it was the wiper blade arm. Albert made some adjustments to wiper arm,,,,. EVERYTHING IS GREAT,,, EXPERIENCE MATTERS. Thank You Albert

Bait and switch. Promised me a OEE windshield but they were going to install a OEM at the shop. I appreciate the honesty at the shop but the online sales guy tried to scam me. Go somewhere else that can be trusted.

Chris A. Came to my house in Zephyrhills,Fl. and did a great job. He was friendly and explained how to take care of the windshield after the installation also he cleaned up after himself. I had no glass fragments on the dash or outside of the car. This is my third time using AGN and will use them in the future. Thanks!

Absolutely awful experience. Was told I was going to be called back on 3 separate occasions and never received a call back. Then when I finally had an appointment set up, not only was the technician hours late, they picked up the wrong window. Needless to say, I went with another company.
