Phil, After looking into your order information I can see that both of the times you called us on 10/16 we called you back 30 minutes later and were sent to voicemail. Im sorry to hear that your Atom Pro 2's were whistling on the lowest setting, it looks like you received a defective pair. We certainly don't try to make the exchange process difficult and I would love to resolve this issue for you. I will have a representative call you right now to see if you would like an exchange on your Atom Pro 2 hearing aids or a complementary upgrade to our BTE model. Alan, The 3 sized earbuds included in our accessory pack are the only earbuds we provide at Audien. If the largest sized bud still doesn't fit your ears there are a few options a can do for you. First I can send you our Atom hearing aid which is a slightly larger unit compared to your Atom Pro 2, this device doesn't have all the same features but they are larger and might fit your ears better. We would also refund the difference because you would be going to out $99 model. I can also offer you a free upgrade to the Audien BTE model which is our highest quality device yet. This model does contain 9 different sized earbuds so I'm confident you will find a good fit with this model. If both of those options don't work for you we will send you a return label for your current devices and give you a full refund on your order.

At Audien we never have our customer pay for there own return label and always provide it to them via email or mail. I apologize for the misunderstanding and would love to resolve this issue for you.
