Our return team generated your shipping label on 9/18. That is 4 days after you posted this review, so I apologize for the delay, but the situation has been resolved. We pride ourselves on speedy support, but with 500,000 customers, sometimes things slip. This is no excuse, but your return will be processed once our team receives it. Audien includes all necessary cleaning parts and accessories with the original order. We provide some of the lowest cost accessory replacements on the market, but I am sorry you feel the pricing is not low enough.
