Your hearing specialists,personnel,are very helpful and listen attentively They are very helpful and contentious in an effort to solve your problems/ concerns.This is so important to instilling confidence in the Audien Hearing experience. It has put me at ease in knowing Audien caes about their customer even after the sale.

Audien Hearing Aids for my mom…
Purchased these hearing aids for my mom after the ones she paid over $6000 stopped working and the company wanted $500 to repair and wanted her to purchase another one. When she got these hearing aids from Audien, she could not have been happier. She stated that these work better than the expensive aids. Thank you Audience's, job well done.

Even in Quiet environment one to one…
Even in Quiet environment one to one can't understand conversation. At higher volume hearing aid whistles. In a challenging situation (Restaurant) hear loud noise.

I have worn hearing aids for 40 years
I have worn hearing aids for 40 years, and these are very comfortable, function very well, and is just as good as my most expensive one. Thank you!

I did not like that it took months to…to get them warranted..
I did not like that it took months to get you to take a payment for warrantees on 3 pairs of hearing aides I purchased for my family. They don't work well for me or my brother, but my sister absolutely LOVES them. Not sure of the dates!!!!

Some Good, Some Bad…
Like all low cost hearing aids I have tried, when watching TV they under amplify dialogue and over amplify background noise and music. They are better than some I have tried.

DID NOT WORK
Three pairs of Atom and Atom 2. Could not get rid of the feedback AND at the 1:1 setting, hearing my wife was not improved and marginally worse. Tech support provided the canned responses posted on the website. Not particularly helpful. At least I got my $ back.
