Michael, After looking into your order information I see you started with the Atom then upgraded to our Atom Pro after 1 month. I'm sorry to hear that these hearing aids didn't get you the results you were looking for and we already offered you a free upgrade to our BTE model. You have already been refunded in full on both your orders and were offered a free upgrade through your BBB review. We greatly value your business and your trust, and apologize for this highly irregular circumstance. We work hard to service our customers and give them the correct model for their hearing needs. You have been completely serviced through your journey thus far and please know that your negative feedback can keep others from starting on their hearing journey. We ask that customers leave honest feedback within reviews to not only protect our business but also our cherished customer base. Warm Regards, Michael N.

Wilson, Our records show that you purchased your EV3 about 3 years ago on 11/17/20. I would be happy to offer you a discount on our newest products but your EV3 is outside of our 1 year warranty so I wont be able to offer you a free exchange. I know how important it is to have working hearing aids and I want to resolve this issue for you. Please let me know if you would like to try our newest products. Warm Regards, Michael N.
