I have the Atom Pro 2 version. They are wonderful for watching TV! Even voices of people with strong foreign accents are easier to understand. I like being able to adjust the hearing mode to tweak background noise level. I really like being able to make adjustments to volume and mode while the hearing aids are in my ears. Hearing aids being rechargeable is a real plus. These tend to fit my left ear better than my right ear. I tend to get feedback from the right hearing aid a lot more than than with the left (tried switching hearing aids with ears a few times). It is easy to accidentally goof up the volume adjustment when adjusting the positioning of the hearing aids. In noisy environments, background sounds can still interfere with what I want to hear.

I am updating my original review. After writing my first review the company contacted me again and offered to replace my hearing aids at no cost. As I do appreciate this, it should not have taken a negative review for this to happen. I have received my new hearing aids and hope they last. See original comment attached. (I purchased the Atom Pro in October 2023. They were too large for my ears. It took me almost a week to get a reply to return them. I then paid an additional $80 to purchase the BTE. I received them the first week of November and by the end of November the tube on the left hearing aid broke off from the receiver. The company told me for an additional $99 they would send me a new set. Why would I want to pay additional money for something that may not last longer than 30 days. Very disappointing.)

Ordered aids. Had an issue with sound. ENT and hearing appointments concluded a vaccination I just received caused a form of tinnitus and the aids would not work for me. This was a myself issue, not Audien's product. I requested and received a label to return them and got an immediate refund. After more checking by my doctors, I am hoping to be able to buy from Audien for the actual hearing aid I need for my level of hearing loss. My experience with Audien was one of cooperation and understanding.

The people I dealt with on the phone were kind understanding and very helpful I’m sorry I didn’t write my review earlier.. I believe people make a company as good or as bad as it is going to be an Audi and has some great people working for them and they do provide wonderful service to customers thank you

Asked several times how to order ear tips/ domes for audien atom pro 2. Sent multiple emails to customer service. Got no reply in fact was told i was in a queue I remained there for several hours and never got an answer Another email i was referred to a web site called Just Answer I was charged $1 for an answer on how to get ear tips/domes Got some referral to a Chrome web site having nothing to do with my question and without my permission was signed on to a subscription service whch I was able to figure out how to cancel

ORDER GU79093 fifth unanswered request for instructions how to return your product which arrived almost two weeks late despite my paying extra for expedited shipping. I have requested my cc company to Refund the payment. How do I return the product_

Have asked for a receipt for my medical insurance company. Still have not received it after requesting it 4, yes four times!, it's over 1 months and they have not emailed it to me!! So frustrated! If this is how their customer service operates, I hate to think what it will be like if problems with item!!

They wok well, when they work. I purchased Atom last year, but could not get used to the high pitch squealing and road and wind noise was overwhelming, leading me to insert the aids when not in high noise environments. Now one of the has quit. They both charge , but one does no work. Called ( no, went to online customer service) and was referred to a computer service “join for $1”. That won’t work for me. Now I use only one in my worst ear.
