When I received my hearing aids, I charged them as instructed. When I put them in my ears there was no sound. I used the furnished pick and turned up the volume. Still no sound. I contacted the company and they said to return them (just the hearing aids). They sent a label and said to return everything. I contacted them and asked for clarification. They responded by saying return only the hearing aids. I didn't return them right away. I got another pair and after charging I put them in my ear and got a high-pitched squeal in both ears. I contacted the company and before I heard from them, I mailed both hearing aids. I got instructions to mail everything back to them. I have all of the remaining items in the original box and will mail tomorrow (12/23/2023).

I called Customer Service to ask a question, I wanted to know if they had smaller size hearing aids as the first pair didn’t fit my ears! I loved them but one fell out in my hand at home! The person said they did so I was given an upgrade to smaller ones that Im excited to recieve! Other than being too big I loved the sound I was getting and the ability to talk with my husband and not say “what did you say!” was awesome!

Excellent product and great service

Difficult customer service for returns. I bought a pair and had some small issues with echoing and distortion I did not like how they fit either. I asked 3 times for refund and kept emailing them. They'd reply with run around. I still haven't got a return label or money. What good is 45 money back return policy if you ignore requests for return.

Looks like this company is practicing " truth in advertising ". Keep up the good work!
