A quick response to a small issue

These are good aids. The only improvement would be they need to be slightly smaller to keep them from falling out of ears when talking & eating.

When I had a serious problem with .my Atom, we did troubleshooting and he ended up sending me an Atom Pro. Very nice customer service.

They were very good at solving my problem. Very easy to deal with.

My problem is with tinnitus so higher noise level make it worse live and learn but service was great

They were awesome, had a problem and I was quickly resolved

For years I have struggled with deteriorating hearing and the cost of hearing aids was so out of my budget, I never thought I could find a product that has given me my hearing back. I'm so grateful for my Audien Hearing aids because now I can participate in gatherings without the frustration of not understanding 100%. They fit perfectly, without any discomfort for hours. My wife is very grateful too because now I can watch TV at a normal volume level, so she is able to sleep without the TV blasting.

The Atom Pro 2 is better than I could have hoped. The earlier version was very good but Pro 2s fit better, adjust more precisely, and make me forget that I am wearing them. The price is right and the upgrade option made them irresistible. Top notch!
