Bought two sets, as the original set I bought had lost one due to traffic accident. Thought I was getting the same as before, but the "new" Atom 2, only has buttons to adjust sound level instead of screw. Even on the lowest setting, I get whistling from ALL four hearing aides. Now way to turn them just a bit lower. Worthless, after too much money spent.

the first order came quickly, and packaged well. The problem was with one of the hearing aids, it ceased to charge and therefore work. A new pair was issued, which just barely fit my ears and sound wise they are a big help, but understanding what I hear is a big problem.....not understandable. I would like to return them, but I think it is too late.

Lots of bells and whistles and that's the problem. High pitched whistling in every position. Had looked forward to these especially with the reviews and the Forbes recommendation. Returning seems only option

Well things have changed since I wrote my first review . The company Audien has fully embraced my problem and we are on our way to working the problems out . They are a good company and proud to buy from them Bruce B Cady

Second pair dead after 2 months, this pair like the first pair will not recharge. First time one quit charging sent back for replacement, now this pair will not charge. They work pretty good right up until you cannot charge them anymore....Please note, they will send new pair, NOT, haven't heard from them since!

The Atom Pro 2 hearing aids are great, but even with the smallest size cup on the end they are too big for my ears! I am SO disappointed to not be able to wear them for more than a few hours at a time. I have not had the time to call to see what you recommend doing, if it is to go to a local Audiologist, they will want to sell me the BTE hearing aids, and right now I cannot do that. I am just now trying to clear my computer of all the spam emails, and have come across your request.
