Ordering was quick and easy. Shipment was good, they arrived early. I had a problem with the volume of one of them. They were replaced quickly and return of the defective one was easy. I love them, it has taken me some time to adjust to hearing so many things now. Sometimes I take them out so I can have some more quiet time.

Looking for hearing aid ...started getting emails from Audien and after extensive research settled on the Atom2.pro...and am now getting about 2 emails a day ....tried to order ..used code to reduce price...all worked......WOULD NOT LET ME CHANGE COUNTRY OF DELIVERY TO AUSTRALIA.....THATS WHERE I LIVE..sent several emails complaining .....response was.....don’t miss this opportunity..take another $20 off...finally went to pay by PayPal as Audien suggest on their web page..NO PROBLEM ...DELIVERY ADRESS ACCEPTED AS TASMANIA ..AUST.....BUT ...price went from $259 to just under $500....NOWHERE IN AUDIENS ADV. DO THEY SHOW THE PRICE AS U.S.$....totally dishonest ..not transparent marketing...no where is there one disclaimer...their response ....”we don’t deliver outside the U.S.how did you do it ?....no mention of that in their Adv.either... What an abysmal amateurish company .....I wonder if their product is any better than their marketing.. If you want to buy from this questionable lot and you don’t live in the US ..use PayPal and be prepared to pay nearly double the advertised price ....what a joke 👎👎👎

I had ordered these hoping it would be helpful for my situation. Unfortunately my hearing loss has turned out to be permanent. Customer service was very helpful in helping me return my order.

I'm basing my rating off my exchange of the Audien Pro. I had tried online assistance through chat which was not helpful; however, my experience to exchange my product was excellent by phone. The customer service representative was helpful and efficient. That being said, I'm disappointed with the product itself. This is my third set of hearing aids with Audien. The first set I was very pleased with. This second, newer version (which I just recently exchanged) I am struggling with. The fit is not as good and the sound is very tinny even after several adjustments.

Great product and customer service. I’m happy with the Atom Pro 2, slightly smaller and better for my ear shape. Still adjusting as it takes time and getting used to, but so far I’m happy with the results. I recommend. Thank you.

While my Dad was in the hospital I began researching otc hearing aids and these were very impressive in that they use to be rx only. That along with the reasonable price made me try them. I could hear immediately and it took me a while to find the right fit for each ear but never needed to chat. The only thing for me is I can lose them while working out, next time I will get something that hooks around the ear.
