I upgraded to the BTE aids. What's great is the size and fit. Also, the ear tube is a coated wire that I find easier to adjust/fit verses the competitor's plastic air tube. The receiver and ear dome fit perfectly once I found which dome works best for my ears. The sound is incredible. The switch for changing Volume, Mode Selection and On/Off is very easy to use. These BTE aids are quality with a long battery charge and good charging time. The Audiens are the best I've owned at this price. Customer support is excellent and proactive. I was not given any incentive for my review.

Employees are informative and knowledgeable. That comment is lmportant simply because in todays environment such service is rare .

Suggest you warn us about feedback in the literature sent with the units. Otherwise I love that I can hear my wife and others better. A nurse saved me 10 years ago with a discovery that everyone should know about. Happy New Year!

recieved the set and they are horrible the high frequency noise is so annoying. i emailed for a return label and no one has responded to my request. this was such a rip off
