They've been very helpful in giving me quality service

I am so excited with my new pair of Atom Pro 2 hearing aids. I can now hear the Priest at Church, a big plus for me. The lady upstairs complained that my TV was too loud, not any more. Thank you Audien. Also, I do like the touch button volume control so much, making my life easier, than my first set, also the size is great. I am enjoying them so much. My family of course is thrilled.

Very nice they are a lot smaller than my previous pair. They seem to have better noise-canceling ability and are much harder to see compared to my old ones.

I am still getting used to them but they are working well so far. I like the idea of having them recharge in the little box. There are NO batteries that I have to replace all the time. They are really good to wear and comfortable.

Over the past several years, the hearing, especially in my right ear has been worse and worse. I tried some expensive hearing aids priced between $2000 and $3000 and was not satisfied. My next purchase was with Auden and I found very good customer service, answers to my questions, and I received a very good product, that was immediately beneficial to my hearing. I recommend audience due to its value, ease of use, and good customer service without seeing a doctor.

It was very important for me to find a hearing aid company with great customer service. Getting the right hearing aid is a daunting task, but Audien's assurance of helping me through the choice and adjustment period was important and appreciated. I had tried the Atom Pro 2 model, but as much as I wanted to like it, it wasn't the best for me. Audien customer service patiently worked with me through multiple returns and adjustments and finally helped me choose the Audien ION which works perfectly for me.

I'm amazed at how well these hearing aids work. I'm hearing sounds I haven't heard in years. They're small and unnoticeable, which I really appreciate. The price is also great. I highly recommend these hearing aids.
