I had been looking at hearing aids for some time but at $4-8000 a pair it was totally out of my budget till I came across Audien Hearing. What appealed to me was their small size as I didn't want a behind the ear option. I made some enquiries and made the decision to purchase. Customer service was excellent. They really wanted to make sure that I was going to get what I needed for my circumstances with no pressure. Delivery worked out ok too as I'm in Australia and the goods are from the US with no international delivery. I was able to organize a freight company and my hearing aids arrived with no problems. The best part was the regular follow up to make sure I was satisfied with the product and I knew how to get the best results out of it. Get this, they even set up a couple of phone calls ensuring my satisfaction and that I was really getting the best results. Customer service was always, polite, understanding and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to Audien hearing I can now hear what's going on around me again. Often when you purchase on line from overseas, once you've paid you're left between the devil and the deep blue sea. With Audien I feel like they're just around the corner and I can pick up the phone and Ill get help. By the way, you can stop whispering, I can hear you now. My new ION hearing aids are much better fitting than my previous ones. The rubber tips are softer, too. I'm having a little problem with the volume, but I'm sure I'll get used to them.

I was pleasantly surprised by how mush my mother loves the Audien hearing aid. I expected she might need to adjust to the sounds, but she is very happy with the lowest setting. She is thrilled to hear more of the family discussions, no longer feeling left out or needing to ask for repetitions.

I purchased my Atom hearing aids a while back and one of them wasn't working well. I emailed CS and Bryce got back to me within 48 hrs. After explaining the issue I had, Bryce promptly arranged for a new pair to be sent to me, at no extra cost. Wow ! That's after sales service at its best. I am so grateful that Audien dealt with my query professionally and quickly. Couldn't ask for more and Bryce totally restored my confidence in making future purchases. I bought the Atom Pro 2 hearing aids because of the price. I was really impressed with the performance of them when I first tried them. I feel that they are well worth the money. I participated in the product testing program a couple of weeks ago and received a second set which I gave to my brother. He was impressed with them also.

I bought my hearing aids from Amazon, when I needed an assistance, I reached out to Audien's customer support and they were kind to attend to me, they even returned calls a number of times.

I've never been the type to order stuff online, so I was hesitant to order from Audien's website. I reached out via a call and their customer service was amazing! The rep was understanding, helpful, and made the entire order process stress-free, and now I have my hearing aids.
