Audien HearingReviews of audienhearing.com

I particularly appreciate that there's no switch to turn it off and on-simply place it in the charger and take it out when ready. It has less squealing than the basic Atom, making it worth the extra cost. I'm planning to buy a second pair.

I originally bought the basic

I have called and sent several email asking for a refund. No response. Delivery was very late from promised date. Maybe they are trying to get past return time. I will stop payment with credit card in hopes to get refund I have called number to get assistance in using hearing aid without success. Was on hold until I gave up and entered for a return call. Two days later --no call back

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Audien for the purchase of 2 sets of Atom 2 hearing aides. The product itself is a great product which has restored my hearing and hear things I haven’t heard in YEARS. On top of that customer support are really customer oriented. So pleasant and ready to help. Thank you Audien for changing my life.

Great customer service. Clear hearing. Takes a little while to reach the optimal level for hearing needs. The upgrade is awesome because it is easier to adjust the volume. They are more comfortable also. Thank you.
