Great service with Ricardo and Audience- highly recommend

This is I think the third time I’ve tried your hearing aids with no success I cannot get the cricket noise and whistling noise to stop also one of the buttons to change the hearing level does not work maybe I’m not doing something right but i just have no luck with your products tho I wish I was thanks for listening

Other companies rip the Senior Citizens off when it comes to our hearing. Check with Audien before you waste you hard earned money on heading aids they don't even stand behind. Service after the sale, is Audien. I would highly recommend them. Their Customer Service Reps, are the most caring people you will come in contact with. I'm a happy customer and will always be one.

Hearing aids simple to use and effectively improve hearing. Would give 5 stars but offer of second pair @60% off was not easy to accomplish. Customer service slow to respond.
